What happens if my order can't be delivered?
If the carrier advises that your order can't be delivered, please let us know if you would like us to reship your order. If a reship is desired please confirm your shipping address.
What happens if my items are damaged upon delivery?
Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you. Please submit this within 4 weeks of receiving the damaged/defective items.
